Conditional Use Permits
In each zoning district there are permitted and conditional uses. If the proposed use is listed under conditional uses, the applicant must receive a conditional use permit from the Planning Commission. First, complete the Conditional Use Permit Application.

Land Divisions / Certified Surveys
When it is proposed to divide land into at least two but no more than four parcels (any more than four parcels is considered a subdivision plat) the Land Division Application, including a certified survey map, must go before the Planning Commission and Village Board.

Rezoning
A petition to change the zoning district boundaries and maps requires Plan Commission and Village Board approval. First, complete the Rezoning Application.

Site Plan Submittal & Approval
A Site Plan Application, including the Erosion Control and Stormwater Management Application, for any construction, reconstruction, expansion, or conversion, except for one- and two-family residential, shall require site plan approval by the Plan Commission.
