Sue Springman

Susan Springman is a lifelong Dane County resident, and has resided in Waunakee since 1996. Her 5 children; James, Nicholas, Christopher, Andrew and Anna all attended the Waunakee School District.

Susan has extensive experience in state and local government having been an assistant in the Wisconsin State Senate, Mayoral Assistant in the City of Madison and Administrator for the Division of Buildings and Police Services for the Governor Tommy Thompson. She has also had extensive experience in downtown redevelopment as the former Director of Madison's downtown business group (Downtown Madison, Inc.) and has been a director on its board for over 25 years.

Susan is a licensed real estate broker specializing in commercial real estate and development and is currently employed at Mullin Group, a Dane County based real estate development and management company. She has been project manager for numerous private and public developments including the World Dairy Center, State of Wisconsin Department of Administration Building, 22 East Mifflin Building and University Square.

Susan also serves as a Director on numerous business and community organizations including HospiceCare Inc., the Greater Madison Visitor and convention Center, Downtown Madison, Inc., Downtown Madison's Business improvement District, Park Bank, and Taliesen Inc.

Susan Springman's term on the Village Board of Trustees will expire in April of 2021.
